Payment:
Payment method outside Vietnam. You can use Western Union or bank transfer to make payment. Our bank details are printed in each Proforma Invoice/ Invoice-Packing list.

Shipping:
We guarantee live delivery! Please place your orders via my Email or WhatsApp/ Tel. We’ll always try to dig your worm baits but if the weather is too bad, we might not be able to fulfill your orders. All worm orders are sent via airplane and this usually take 1-2 days depending on your location and flight schedule.
Receiving your worms: You will receive AWB number for tracking when your worms are shipped, so you will know when your worms are arriving. Please make arrangements to be there to pick them up. It is important not to leave them exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Live worms should be kept at cool temperature during transport and in your storage.
